Methodology
We agree what must be tested, what counts as a pass, and which failures matter. That simpler method is written down, so the next round is not a guess.
Claro means clear
process · testing · site
Clarotech makes the daily work simpler, puts systems around the steps that repeat, and leaves your team able to grow without the work getting heavier. We cover the process and the release, how software is tested, and the website, CMS, chatbot, or web app people use.
01 · process
A request arrives by email. Someone copies it into a spreadsheet. Someone else asks for the same facts again. We sit with the people who do the job and write those steps down as they actually happen.
Then we take out the steps that do not help. Where the same work is typed twice, we bring in a system or build one. The simpler process still holds when there is more of the work, and it does not live in one person’s head.
You will haveSimpler work the team can run, and systems for the steps that repeat.
Shipping a change should not depend on who is free that day. We write the path as it really happens, from approval to the people who are told, then make it the same every time. That includes how to take a change back if customers hit a problem.
You will haveA release the team can run the same way each time, including a way back.
02 · testing
Testing often starts late, or it depends on one person who knows what to try. We set a simpler method and the order of work, so the team can run the next round themselves. The tests worth repeating are no-code and low-code automation, so people who write code and people who do not can both build and run them. We also test what an AI returns: the answer, the source it used, and the step it took.
You will haveA test method written down, and a suite the team can run again.
no-code · low-code
We agree what must be tested, what counts as a pass, and which failures matter. That simpler method is written down, so the next round is not a guess.
We look at when testing starts, who does it, and what gets written down. Then we make those steps the same every time, so testing still works when there are more changes.
We test with your people. They see how to choose a case, how to write a failure, and how to run the next round after we leave.
Automation for anyone, technical or not. Someone walks the software once. That pass becomes the automation, then branches into a suite. Testing gets simpler, and the team can run that suite again after every change.
We test what an AI tells your customers or your team. That covers retrieval-augmented generation, where the answer comes from your own documents, AI agents that take steps on their own, and other systems that use large language models. We check the answer, the source it used, and the step it took.
03 · websites
We build a website, or redesign the one you have, and stay on it after launch. Around the pages we add what the business needs: a CMS, a web app, or a chatbot.
A new site with the pages the business needs: what you do, who it is for, and how to get in touch, in an order a customer can follow.
The site you already have, refreshed where it feels dated, or rebuilt where people get stuck and the pages no longer match how you work.
A way for your team to add and edit pages and posts without calling a developer for every change. We set one up, or shape the one you already have.
A tool in the browser: a customer portal, an internal form that becomes a workflow, or the screen that replaces a spreadsheet.
An assistant on the site or in the app. It answers from your own pages, and passes the question to a person when it should, so the same questions stop piling up.
Structure, titles, speed, and pages written for the searches your customers already make, so the site can bring more of the right traffic.
After launch we update pages, fix what breaks, and keep the site, the CMS, the chatbot, and the app in line with the business.
Before it goes live.We test the key paths on the site, so a change is less likely to break a page a customer already uses.
You will haveA site tested before launch, and looked after once it is live.
Who it is for
The day still runs on inboxes and spreadsheets. Software is tested when someone remembers. A release depends on who is free. The website or the system no longer matches the business. You want simpler work, systems that carry the repeat, and room to grow.
